Steuart has provided health and safety and food safety expertise to businesses throughout the UK for many years. He is a passionate health and safety professional and primarily acts as an ‘External Competent Person’ for a wide range of clients, specialising in the hospitality sector. Steuart’s clients range from Michelin Star restaurants to small restaurants and 5-star country house hotels to large conference focused premises. Steuart can act on a ‘one-off’ basis dealing with particular issues or as a retained consultant providing ongoing support and advice, Steuart has the NEBOSH General Certificate and Advanced Diplomas in both Food Hygiene and HACCP, and can provide numerous safety related training courses.
