Having spent over 36 years in the Hospitality and Tourism sector Lisa has worked through the various sectors of hotel management but moved into revenue management as her specialty, working with the renowned Morton Hotels where she fully developed her revenue management skills.
Working with both large organizations and smaller individual properties, Lisa’s main strength is maximising revenue through effective yield management. She has helped train a wide range of hotel staff in revenue management systems and effective OTA management. Lisa’s primary focus has always been to increase total revenue for every property dynamically, while trying to ensure direct business as a priority.
Whilst ensuring on-property teams have a sound knowledge of all aspects of revenue management, Lisa strives toward strong customer satisfaction and prides herself on her attention to detail and her analytical abilities in finding solutions to any issues.
