Many people will say that the kitchen is the heart of any good, and successful, hospitality business, and they may well be right. Many people, particularly from outside our industry, will say that having a successful kitchen is about being able to produce great food, and they may well be right. But we know that having a successful kitchen is so much more than just being able to produce great food. Your kitchen needs to be safe, your kitchen needs to be profitable, and so it goes on. That needs so much more than being able to produce great food.
