Janet has over 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry joining the industry in 1979 in Dornoch at the Royal Golf Hotel following on to the Stakis hotel group receiving high quality training and experience managing and working in prestige privately owned hotels, restaurants, and privately owned golf club always with the passion to deliver quality customer care.
Janet works at her best working alongside her teams, mentoring and providing the training to assist their development to achieve the consistent performance and exceptional qualities that are required in the hospitality industry.
Janet has managed operations at some of the most prestigious dinners and events held within the North of Scotland, and beyond, from small intimate dinners to larger events of up to 1000 covers, always ensuring efficient service and always getting the best out of the team she has working with her.
Janet is proud to say that many of the people working today in the hospitality industry in the Highland region have at some point in their career developed with her help and encouragement.
